REPAS is a project of the Republic and Canton of Geneva aimed at encouraging sustainable eating habits. Data is hosted in Switzerland.

2. Data collected

We only collect the data necessary for the app to function:

• Account information (first name, last name, email)
• Postcode and company (optional)
• Daily actions recorded
• Points and progress

3. Use of data

Collected data is used exclusively to:

• Operate the app
• Display the leaderboard (with consent)
• Produce anonymised statistics for improvement purposes

No advertising tracking is carried out. No data is sold or shared with third parties.

4. Hosting and security

All data is stored on secure servers located in Switzerland. Communications are encrypted via HTTPS.

5. User rights

In accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), you may:

• Access your data via your profile
• Update your information at any time
• Delete your account and data in the settings
• Choose whether or not to appear on the leaderboard

6. Data retention

Data is retained for as long as the account is active. If deleted, data is anonymised to preserve the integrity of overall statistics.
