1. Overview

REPAS is a free app offered by the Republic and Canton of Geneva. It aims to encourage sustainable and responsible eating habits in everyday life.

2. Free of charge

REPAS is entirely free to use. No in-app purchases are offered.

3. Registration

Registration requires a valid email address. Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential.

4. Rules of use

Using REPAS means agreeing to:

Use the app honestly and fairly
Not create multiple accounts for the same person
Only report actions that were actually completed
Respect other participants

5. Fair play and moderation

REPAS is built on trust and individual commitment. The Republic and Canton of Geneva reserves the right to suspend or delete any account whose use is deemed contrary to the spirit of the project or these terms.

6. Leaderboard and prizes

Participation in the leaderboard is optional. Visibility can be changed at any time in the settings.

At the end of the challenge, prizes will be awarded to participants after a prize draw. Prize allocation details will be communicated at a later date.

Points have no monetary value and rewards cannot be exchanged for money or goods.

7. Intellectual property

The REPAS app, its content and its design are the property of the Republic and Canton of Geneva. Any unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.

8. Limitation of liability

The Republic and Canton of Geneva makes every effort to ensure the app functions properly but cannot guarantee permanent availability. Use of the app is at the user's own risk.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated at any time. Users will be informed of significant changes.

10. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Geneva.
